You can request deletion of your Voneir account and the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to submit a request and what to expect after you do.

How to request deletion

If you use the Voneir mobile app, you can delete your dream history or initiate account-related actions from the app settings where available.

To request deletion of your account or personal data by email, contact us at [email protected]. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account (if any) or clearly identify the account so we can process the request securely.

What may be deleted

Depending on your request and applicable law, we may delete or anonymize data such as dream entries, mood logs, optional account details, and related profile information tied to your use of Voneir.

Where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or accounting reasons, we keep only what is necessary and only for as long as required.

Timing

We aim to respond to data deletion requests within 30 days. Complex cases may take slightly longer; if so, we will let you know.
